Total Productive Maintenance, Affective Commitment and Employee Retention in Apparel Production

چکیده

The success of the implementation advanced manufacturing systems, such as total productive maintenance (TPM), depends on employee commitment and retention. This study investigated (TPM) practices implemented by apparel production firms, effect these affective (AC), retention (ER) operators floor. adopted survey research methodology. In total, 411 from firms responded to study. responses were analyzed using statistical methods. Four hundred eleven received for data findings suggest that TPM significantly positively affect AC. Affective mediates between ER. sustainability implementations depend firm’s ability retain trained keep their AC high. has several implications theory practice.
